1. Offer Period

The HearCANADA Scratch Event Offer (the “Offer”) begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 16, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on April 30, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). All Rewards must be redeemed by 5:00 PM ET on April 30, 2026. By participating in the Offer, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Offer Rules and all decisions of WS Audiology Canada o/aHearCANADA (the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Offer and the awarding of the rewards, including without limitation eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Excluded from eligibility are the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, the "Offer Entities"), and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.

3. Offer, Redemption and Rewards

(a) How to Enter and Redeem

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participants may participate in the Offer by visiting, during the Offer Period, one of the qualified hearing clinics (each, a “Clinic”) listed at https://www.hearcanada.com/ (the “Website”) but excluding the following locations HearCANADA 380 Eramosa Rd 10, Guelph HearCANADA 380 Eramosa Rd #10, Guelph, ON; HearCANADA 1595 Bedford Hwy Unit 119A Bedford, NS] (the “Excluded Clinics”). For clarity, any reference to Clinic in these Offer Rules shall not include the Excluded Clinics. Upon visiting a Clinic during the Offer Period a participant may request and receive one (1) scratch ticket (each a “Scratch Ticket”), while supplies last. Alternatively, participants may receive “mailers” which include a Scratch Ticket randomly dropped off at their home. To participate, the participant must scratch the designated area of the Scratch Ticket to reveal the participant’s reward as determined by the Scratch Ticket. The participant must then present the fully scratched Scratch Ticket to a Clinic in order to redeem the Reward (as defined below) indicated on the Scratch Ticket, in accordance with these Offer Rules.

Limit: One (1) scratch ticket per person, regardless of number of Clinics visited or Scratch Tickets received at their home.

Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, and/or email addresses to enter or otherwise participate in this Offer is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

(b) Rewards

Each Participant who receives a Scratch Ticket in accordance with these Offer Rules will receive a reward (each, a “Reward”), as revealed by the Scratch Ticket when scratched. All Scratch Tickets are pre-printed and randomly distributed, and the Reward available to a participant is determined solely by the Scratch Ticket received.

The number of Scratch Tickets available in each Reward category, and the corresponding odds of receiving a particular Reward, are determined in advance and are set out below.

Each Scratch Ticket will reveal one (1) of the following Rewards:

(i) Discount Reward: a discount applicable toward qualifying products or services offered by a Clinic (each a “Discount Reward”). The majority of all Rewards shall be Discount Rewards, allocated as follows:

(A) Four point ninety nine percent (4.99%) of Scratch Tickets will provide a thirty five percent (35%) discount toward one (1) pair of Signia 7 or Widex 440 series premium hearing aids offered by the Clinics.

(B) Ten percent (10%) of Scratch Tickets will provide a thirty percent (30%) discount toward one (1) pair of Signia 7 or Widex 440 series premium hearing aids offered by the Clinics.

(C) Eighty Five (85%) of Scratch Tickets will provide a twenty five (25%) discount toward one (1) pair of Signia 7 or Widex 440 series premium hearing aids offered by the Clinics.

(ii) Grand Prizes: 0.1% of Scratch Tickets (ten (10) Scratch Tickets) will award one (1) pair of Signia 700 or Widex 440 series premium hearing aids (each, a “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is CAD$8,400.

The Rewards must be accepted as awarded (no cash value) and may not be substituted or transferred, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a reward of greater or equivalent monetary value if a Reward cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Reward will be delivered to verified winner only. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Rewards.

Discount Rewards may not be combined with other promotions or offers by the Sponsor or Clinic unless expressly permitted by the Sponsor or the applicable Clinic. Discount Rewards can be redeemed at any Clinic. Rewards are subject to verification by the Sponsor.

Proof of identification must be provided.

BEFORE BEING DECLARED A WINNER OF A REWARD, each selected participant will (a) be required to: correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid to be provided by the Clinic. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law; (b) otherwise comply with these Offer Rules. If a selected participant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the specified time, then he/she will forfeit the Reward; and (c) otherwise comply with these Offer Rules.

BEFORE BEING DECLARED A WINNER OF A GRAND PRIZE, in addition to the requirements noted directly above applicable to all rewards: (i) if you have not recently undergone a hearing test, the Clinic may require you complete one prior to receiving a Grand Prize; and (ii)  sign and return to Sponsor, within three (3) business days of it being sent by Sponsor, a written declaration and release form, releasing the Offer Parties, the Clinics, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Offer or the use, misuse, awarding or possession of the Grand Prize (the “Release”). Any other costs or expenses associated with the Grand Prize not specified herein will be the responsibility of the selected winner.

4. Right to Void / Terminate / Suspend / Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Offer, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation for no reason or for any reason, including if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Offer Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the Offer, or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors, or technical failures, which, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion void any suspect entries and: (a) terminate the Offer, or any portion thereof; (b) modify or suspend the Offer, or any portion thereof, to address the impairment and then resume the Offer, or relevant portion, in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Offer Rules; and/or (c) award the Rewards from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the winner selection criteria discussed above.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Offer, violates the Offer Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

5. Limitation of Liability and Release

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE RELEASED, DISCHARGED AND HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER, THE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER, OR USE/MISUSE OF ANY REWARD. REWARD WINNER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE CAUSED, OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED, BY PARTICIPATION IN THIS OFFER OR USE OR REDEMPTION OF A REWARD. FURTHER, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASEES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AGGRAVATED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS OFFER OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR REWARD DELIVERY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Releasees shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information that is caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or the Website, issues with the Scratch Tickets, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of any Scratch Tickets used in the Offer; (b) any lost, incomplete, late or misdirected Scratch Tickets or for any failure of the Website during the Offer Period, (c) lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, service provider, on-line systems, telephone networks or telephone lines, or any other connections; (d) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Scratch Tickets; (e) any problems with, or malfunctions or failures of, telephone networks or lines, computers or computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (f) garbled transmissions or miscommunications; (g) failure of any e-mail to be received by or from the Sponsor for any reason, including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof or technical incompatibility; (h) damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) occasioned by participation or downloading of materials related to this Offer or the Website; (i) printing, distribution, programming or production errors, and any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (j) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein.

6. Protection Of Personal Information and Publicity Release

Sponsor and its authorized agents and service providers will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Offer for the purposes of administering the Offer and Reward fulfillment. You may be offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from Sponsor or its partners about its products, and upcoming contests and promotions. By accepting a Grand Prize, winner agrees to use of their name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Offer in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, and hereby releases the Releasees from any liability with respect thereto.

7. General Conditions

• In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Offer Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer related materials, including but not limited to point of sale, television, print or online advertising, or Scratch Tickets, the terms and conditions of these Offer Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. All Scratch Tickets remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Redeeming a Reward is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Any attempts to redeem a Reward, or Reward  claims, that are late, incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, unidentified or delayed will be void. All Reward claims are subject to verification. Participants agree to abide by these Offer Rules. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Offer. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. These Offer Rules will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Offer Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Offer Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Offer Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Offer Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner may be required to promptly return to Sponsor their Reward, or the cash value thereof. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations associated with Sponsor and/or the Offer, are owned by the Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR SCRATCH TICKET ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OFFER OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
